Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or dealership environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English, bilingual candidates preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control is a plus
